Ciclosporin:Co-administration of co-medication with cyclosporine has resulted in a significant reduction in the incidence of pseudotumor cerebri and a decrease in the number of grafts and all grafts that need to be opened. It is therefore recommended that cyclosporine should be administered with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to cyclosporine or any of the excipients.
Acyclovir:Acyclovir is an antiviral drug. It can also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.(1)Acyclovir is not indicated for use in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the antivirals.

It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines, for such treatment as high blood pressure (hypertension). Norvasc Tablet contains an active ingredient known as amlodipine, which belongs to a class of drugs known as the calcium channel blockers. Norvasc Tablet works by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs and reducing the workload of your heart. Lowering high blood pressure and lowering blood pressure are two ways you can take Norvasc Tablet. Taking Norvasc Tablet with a high-fat meal may slow down its absorption and delay its onset of action. Taking Norvasc Tablet with a high-fat meal may also slow down its effectiveness. To do so, take Norvasc Tablet 1 time each day with a full glass of water. Do not take Norvasc Tablet more than once a day. Do not use Norvasc Tablet if you are also taking a medicine called calcium channel blockers. These medicines work by relaxing your blood vessels and increasing blood flow to your lungs. They also relax the muscles around your heart and decrease the workload of your heart. When Norvasc Tablet is taken with a high-fat meal, it may slow down its absorption and delay its onset of action. Do not take Norvasc Tablet more than it’s recommended to, you’ll have a severe reaction if you take it more than you usually would.
Norvasc is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the enzyme which is responsible for producing the achiness known as angina. It's not a common one, but it can indicate a serious medical condition like heart failure, irregular heartbeat, or chest pain. If you suffer from chronic hypertension or high blood pressure, you may be at higher risk of developing a heart attack or stroke. Norvasc can cause dizziness or nausea when you start taking the drug. It can make you feel dizzy or drowsy. Also, you may experience stomach pain, indigestion, and diarrhea when you take the drug. If you develop severe dizziness or nausea, get medical help right away. If you develop blurred vision or double vision, stop the drug and see a doctor immediately.
Before taking Norvasc, shake the bottle well before using. Before taking the drug, it is important to take it at the same time each day. You can take Norvasc with or without food. If you take Norvasc with food, avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking the drug. It can cause drowsiness and dizziness when you take the drug.
Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
